The moisture surge lip plump by Clinique does soften the skin and makes them feel much better. The shea butter ingredient makes them feel only very slightly plumper, nothing dramatic at all. It is handy to put on at bedtime as it keep the lips hydrated. It is non-sticky and softens instantly. The ceramides in the lip plump keep the lips hydrated for longer which is good and emollients make the lips feel smoother and more softer. The lipids restore the lips and put a protective barrier on them to prevent them drying out. The lip balm contains vitamin E which also helps nourishes, strengthens and protects the lips helping them look very slightly plump.

I would give the mositure surge lip plump by Clinique 7/10. It does give a surge of moisture but don’t expect big lips after applying. The tube goes a long way as you don’t need much to cover the lips but I would use it like a night balm to keep the lips nourished and feeling soft. It is a luxury brand so the price isn’t too bad.
